I had what felt like something in my eye, so I made an appointment and they got me in next day. I was in & out within an hour total wait time and exam & prescription.

Assisting staff (I don't remember name, so sorry, she was fabulous though!) and Dr Jensen were both very accommodating, patient, and understanding of my son's disability/limitations. It was a positive experience overall for him (and therefore for me!)
Jennifer Burton, Technician/Optician, was wonderful !!! I went to the North Lancaster optical shop because I wanted personal attention. I have gotten mail order eyeglasses previously, with disastrous results :-(((. Although my wife and I had picked out what we thought we wanted … Jennifer gently steered us towards a better solution. Her knowledge of products offered and experience with customer happiness ensured we finally ordered the best looking, best fitting and best value for us. She should be commended for taking the time to provide personal attention and expert advice. THAT IS EXACTLY WHY EVERYONE SHOULD USE THE OPTICAL SHOP AT NORTH LANCASTER KAISER !!!!!
