The person who assisted me in purchasing my new frames ( David) was extremely helpful. He picked some frames based off what I wanted and allowed me to do the same, and then I tried on each pair and was able to have a conversation about what I did and didn’t like about each pair. He helped me feel like my decision wasn’t rushed, and that I was making the best choice of frames to suit my particular style and budget.
Paula was very tuned in to my questions and to giving me the best possible fit! Her cheerful, “can do” presence is a real blessing to all who need help with glasses! Big kudos to her!
