The Salem Laser and Surgery Center provides excellent care for patients in need of eye surgery. The staff is highly trained, kind, and attentive to patient needs and comfort. The doctors thoroughly answer questions and perform procedures with expertise. Patients consistently report a positive experience, describing the surgery as quick, easy, and resulting in improved vision with increased brightness and clarity. The center receives praise for its great service, friendly staff, and professional handling of the entire process, from diagnosis to follow-up care.
Reception respectful and explains forms to be filled out without the patient feeling rushed. Nursing very caring and explains the procedures she is doing to prepare me for the surgeon plus explains the eye procedure I will be having.
I was a little nervous but the nurse put me at ease she explained every step to me,she was totally polite, professional and pretty. I can't wait for my next CATARACT SURGERY.
We arrived a few minutes prior to check in time. Friendly receptionist, accurate documentation, professional and personable assistants. I was informed of everything that was happening. Then the cataract surgery was done. I felt well cared for.
