After my doctor retiring, I had been switched to a completely computerized office. No one even answered the phone. I was referred to Dawn O Connell by a friend. Gpt right in. My phone calls were returned and I have that one on one experience again with my relationship with this office. Also Ariel, Dawn O' Connells assistant is simply fabulous and on the ball. I am blessed to have my healthcare in tact again.

Really nice and helpful office personnel, dr asst was friendly - did not rush - personable . The doctor:showed concern n addressed my issues, explained why she would like certain tests run, asked good questions pertaining to my health, made me feel comfortable(as they say with drs-great bedside manner), did not rush thru the appt and really super nice. So glad I found her- Dr Dawn O’ Connor. Thank u to the entire group!!!!

My very first time visiting Valley Clinics Internal Medicine and I can say I will definitely be back. I got Botox in my lips and was so nervous but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ariel who was fantastic, and Dawn made me feel comfortable with the process by walking me though each step while she was doing it. The injections did not hurt much and it was a quick process I can say I already see a difference and I am in LOVE with it ! Getting Botox done at Valley Clinics is something I will recommend to everyone.
