I had an iMac that I had sought help from Apple Care and Simply Mac and they both diagnosed the same thing. They were both wring. The Mac Guy figured it out with just the serial number and he got it right. It is now performing better than it ever has.Thank you.

Highly recommend! Brant has a special gift not only for Mac repair but also for explaining his though process in a way that is neither overly technical nor demeaning to the client. I left my appointment with both a functional laptop and a plan to prevent the issue from happening again.

Brant was a true professional! I brought in my girlfriends laptop that wouldn't turn on. Turns out the backlight went out and it may even be covered by Apple! Brant was careful and cautious when working to diagnose the issue the entire timre. He was super knowledgeable and helpful in finding a solution. My only regret is not setting up a meeting sooner!
