I found Grant's website asking for help to reset my IPAD to factory default so I could gift it to my sister who doesn't have a working computer. I needed it before Thanksgiving so I could bring it to her. She lives two hours from Salem. He agreed to work on it and gave me an appointment time immediately. He not only fixed it so it is just like a new IPAD, but refused to be paid. Grant finished the job within an hour and was very gracious and helpful.
