“Run by a bunch of liars.. My dad's assisted living called them to come out on a Sunday and the on call nurse said I am not vaccinated I can't come out. They come out twice a week to see him but have an emergency on a Sunday and there not vaccinated. this company doesn't care about there patients only money. find another company to use.“

“My comfort keeper has been the best thing I never knew I needed. I wanted to be independent and do things on my own.
Unfortunately, I can’t do the things I use to do and I don’t have family l.
Being able to stay in my home and have someone who is educated in my need has been life changing. My comfort keeper is always researching for new positive, active ways to fill my days with instead of just being completely sedentary. She has changed my eating from garbage foods to whole natural heart healthy foods for my high blood pressure and high cholesterol. She dose all my grocery shopping and errands which is so helpful. I can not drive so this has been incredibly helpful. She takes me to my appointments aswell. We take the dog out to the dog park every day together. She either pushes me in a wheelchair or I use my walker. She also has me doing resistance training with her every other day. She has taught me to use resistance bands and works out with me. She also brings a vibration plate for me to stand on that helps drain my lymphatic system and that helps so much with my edema. It also helps with my balance and core strength. Besides all her help at home, I love her company and friendship. She’s irreplaceable. During the summer she would take me to the river and make lunches for us. We would enjoy the water, the dog, lunch, music and I love watching the paddle boarders and boats.
It was a breathe of fresh air. She takes me on adventures I’d never get to go on unless she is here.

“Brittney with ostomy care saved me!

Byram has began cheaply making their bags and I had one blow out after the next in a 2 week period, 4 bags in total. I placed a bag order days prior but byram had no record of it. Expedited order takes 24-48 hours. My PCP had no supply. I had no bags and no bag on my body. I called wound care (not having been a patient) and was directed to Brittney. Brittney left me a supply of bags at reception and made me an appointment to see her on my day off so I could be her patient in the future. I was ready to cry because without my bags I can't function. Thank you Brittney!!!“
