I worked for ComForCare for 5 years. When I started I had no prior experience with being a caregiver. I was very impressed with the level of training and hands-on role play that they provided. Each year I worked there they continued to improve and expand that training, including adding a mentoring program. I was trained as a mentor to contact and support new hires.At CFC they are really good about matching the caregiver to the client for compatibility. I worked for ComForCare for five years, first as a caregiver and then as admin. I enjoyed my time and learned a lot over the years.
