Integrity In Home Care Salem

The attention that I receive from the upper management is awesome and very warm and respectful even in times when I may be in crisis mode they deal with me very patiently and calm with respect to the situation. I always get answers and they follow through with what they say however the communication between management and scheduling is not so great because scheduling has forgotten to call me when my caregivers are late or a shift has been cancelled. Unlike another agency I formerly signed on with, Integrety places a high value on the client and his/her needs. That is my experience. I am comfortable with Integrety .Integeity makes me feel confident and worry free.

I have been blessed to have found this company and the the caregiver that I have. Everyone has done way beyond I expected. If you are looking for good quality company and a sweet caregiver this is the place. 5 star!!!!!
