Detra, the optician, spent time with me ensuring that my measurements were correct and also did some troubleshooting on the incorrect lenses from Sterling. I received my glasses a week later and they are perfect. I received a call back asking how my glasses were working out and was reminded of a discount for a second pair. I'm very happy I came here. Everyone was super nice from a guy offering me water to the warmth of the front desk people and Dr. Wong's understanding and patience. The office had to reschedule an appointment and they called like four times to make sure I got the message. AND an actual person called not a text or some weird robo call.“
