“Very clean and neat office. Their intake process is quick. The tests performed by the technician prior to seeing Dr. Taylor is professional using state of the art equipment. It’s also comfortable interacting with them. Dr.Taylor answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the examination. The front desk staff was awesome in explaining coverages and didn’t get frustrated when I got irritated. She is awesome! There’s a wide variety of frames to select from, and that person is great to work with as well. Overall great experience from start to finish. Then I met Dr. McLaughlin. She gave me a very thorough eye exam and talked me through all the things she was seeing, and what it meant. She talked me through the best options for my situation before handing me to Michael, who was very knowledgeable about lenses and frames and walked me through my options. Great experience, can't wait to go back with my wife to pick out frames.“

“I had a hit to the eye and was worried about a scratched cornea. I had never been to this clinic but called and the doctor was willing to squeeze me in same-day even though they were full. I'm one who has anxiety surrounding anything eye-related and have had bad experiences in the past. Dr. Hoover was calm, patient, down to earth, wasn't pushy, and took his time to thoroughly explain things to me. It was the first eye exam that was positive for me. I'd recommend him to everyone! Their pricing is affordable as well.“

Detra, the optician, spent time with me ensuring that my measurements were correct and also did some troubleshooting on the incorrect lenses from Sterling. I received my glasses a week later and they are perfect. I received a call back asking how my glasses were working out and was reminded of a discount for a second pair.
