“I needed some electrical work done at my home in Keizer Or. I found many electrical businesses but one stood out. I called Edge Wise Electric who had many positive reviews. I made the call and an answering service took my information and problem. Minutes later, Rob texted and asked about my electrical concern. I shared my issue with him and sent some pictures of the problem. He said he could take care of that and explained the estimated cost. I scheduled an appointment with him.

Rob came out and completed the job in about thirty minutes or so. He was quick, fast and thorough.

“Yesterday, we unfortunately had a late evening main sewer line backup that resulted in raw sewage coming up through the basement floor drain (ewww, right?!). We are scheduled to have our main sewer line replaced, but were told to call if any issues were to arise before then. I called Davis and per usual, everyone I spoke to in the office was kind, helpful, and very caring. Even though it was after hours, a technician (Michael Cantrell) came and installed a drain plug to prevent sewage from backing up until our main sewer line can be replaced. Michael C. was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He didn’t rush when assessing how to best fix the problem. He communicated clearly what needed to be done to prevent the issue from happening again until repairs could be made, and he took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel silly. He was efficient, and diligent. On top of everything, before Michael left, he thoroughly cleaned the raw sewage that was covering part of my basement floor. He’s the real MVP!
