Every aspect of work, after the misfortune of a partially flooded basement, from removing my belongings and placing them in storage containers to the demolition and drying afterward by Rainbow has been professional and efficient. Everyone I have talked with on the phone, especially Matt, has been informative and courteous. Those working on site including Jake, Kyle, TJ, Roamy, Mallory, and Nick, have been extremely compassionate and hard working. I look forward to Rainbow returning after the restoration is complete not only to see my belongings moved back in, but also and more importantly to see Rainbow's great employees again.
