The staff were all extremely professional and caring. They did a great job helping us navigate the process of taking care of our mother and coordinating everything with our church and the cemetery.
Brittni is a thorough and empathetic rockstar!! No one wants to deal with the business aspect of death of a loved one. I have done this on a few occasions and the staff at Ross Hollywood were by far the most supportive I have ever dealt with. Our funeral director Brittni surpassed every expectation that I had and was graceful and kind. She went above and beyond and took care of so many things that other vendors failed to complete for us. I love the pride she takes in the sensitive field of work she does.

They were well prepared and understood my Mother's final arrangements even though she did not pre-arrange directly with Ross.
