My family recently met with Funeral Director Jean Fox to make memorial plans for my grandpa, and my mom and my uncle in particular just LOVED Jean, so I'm doing this review on their behalf. My mom was so worried going to the funeral home, and up all night worrying herself, but it was night and day when I talked to her on the phone later that afternoon, after her appointment, and she just kept going on and on about how comfortable and at ease Jean made her!! I was so so happy to hear this, because I was distressed I was out of state at the time, and not able to be there for her.

I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Jean Fox, who helped me with making final arrangements for my late husband. Her compassion and gentleness knew no bounds. She was always there to listen and advise no matter how often we called or how frazzled I was. I am truly in awe at her ability to make people (or at least me and my family) feel so calm and comforted despite the difficult and stressful circumstances. God has blessed her with a true and lovely heart!
Thank you to Ms. Jean Fox, who was as kind as kind can be, while also being quite fun and engaging to speak with, and a soothing spirit who set us immediately at ease. The memorial service for my sister went very well, and while there was one minor misstep by our family, Ms. Fox was quick on her feet to fix it, so no one attending even knew it occurred!
I am eternally grateful to her, and to the other kind staff at Rose City. Each time I called (and I admittedly called a bit too much!), I was only treated with graciousness and understanding.
As for the cemetery itself, I visit quite regularly to see family, and enjoy a scenic walk. The grounds are impeccable!
