Based on the reviews, Legacy Medical Group-Raleigh Hills is a medical office with a mix of experiences. The people there are described as extremely skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It is a well run place where the staff takes the time to really listen and go over everything. The doctors are outstanding, very thorough, and kind. However, the office is pretty small compared to others, and some staff members are overworked and underpaid. There were issues with an online appointment not being in the system when checking in. The facility also appears to offer Home Health.
I've had a wonderful experience here. This is a great medical office where the people are not only extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
I have had very few good doctors. My new insurance made me move from my Providence Doctor to Legacy. I had my first appointment and I am happy I came here. They took the time to really listen and go over everything and got me referrals so quickly. Well run place with people who really seem to care.
The staff is overworked and underpaid. They have medical assistants not only doing back office care but also front office work??? Do better legacy, you have the money to staff your facilities properly and pay those who work there a livable wage!!! I booked an appointment online and when I checked in, it wasn’t there. That amount of stress you put on your staff members is disgraceful. DO BETTER LEGACY!
