I've had Kaiser in two different states for over 41 years. I'm 53. My PCP has been at this location for a long time and I have been working with her for over 10 years! I have a ton of health issues and I literally couldn't be happier with this place. I've had surgeries, regular blood work, and countless chronic issues. Plus, my husband also became a Kaiser member a few years ago. He has also received excellent care, especially when he was diagnosed with cardiac problems and was sent to the Kaiser hospital for 10 days. He received excellent care and follow up. The best psychiatrist I ever had was Dr Rafael Gray (he's procedural now, at Clackamas) and Dr Heather Motonaga (she has been my doctor for 11-12 years! And I feel like she genuinely cares about me as a person and has helped me with countless issues! She always listens/remembers and seems genuinely concerned). I'm very happy to have this insurance. I also use the dental and vision coverage and have found both to be excellent.

When you are already stressed and having to go in for a procedure its always comforting when you encounter friendly people. This Kaiser location is a bit overwhelming in size and can be a bit confusing once you park, and try to make your way inside to the correct office. The facility itself, Endocrinology waiting room and procedure room were clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made my husband and I feel at ease. The hardest part is waiting for results!

We've been coming to Kaiser for over 7 years now. This will be the 2nd surgery that my mother-in-law has had here. Dr Jeremy Fields & his lovely staff have always provided us with the kind of care I hope everyone receives when having back surgery. From pre-op, thank you Dr Garnard, to the post-op staff, her care was 5 starts all the way. We can't thank you enough for taking such good care of her.
