My Chinese wife was a patient of Dr. DaGraca for almost 7 years because he spoke her language. as her lung cancer progressed downward for the last couple years she went to China for a "traditional medical viewpoint and brought home a complete written review which Kaiser violated their written policy to translate. review and provide us as the next three oncologists refused to comply with due to "inferior Chinese technology" they openly bad mouthed. Kaiser also refused several appeals to cover any medical costs without USA type invoice payment documentation after we provided what was available several times. Now that she has been assigned to Pallative Care, communications have improved and we hopefully will get proper support for returning to the MUCH better and responsive traditional Chinese medical protocol!

When you are already stressed and having to go in for a procedure its always comforting when you encounter friendly people. This Kaiser location is a bit overwhelming in size and can be a bit confusing once you park, and try to make your way inside to the correct office. The facility itself, Endocrinology waiting room and procedure room were clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made my husband and I feel at ease. The hardest part is waiting for results!

I may have a great doctor but Kaiser in general is a nightmare. They have the worst pharmacy ever. It can take over a week to two weeks to get your mail order meds and if u come in and get it, there always out or haven't even started it after being told they would have it. Referrals are a lot of work and most of the time it's months before u can see a specialist. Urgent care is so limited with their hours that if you need anything, you're off to the ER
