When you are already stressed and having to go in for a procedure its always comforting when you encounter friendly people. This Kaiser location is a bit overwhelming in size and can be a bit confusing once you park, and try to make your way inside to the correct office. The facility itself, Endocrinology waiting room and procedure room were clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made my husband and I feel at ease. The hardest part is waiting for results!

We've been coming to Kaiser for over 7 years now. This will be the 2nd surgery that my mother-in-law has had here. Dr Jeremy Fields & his lovely staff have always provided us with the kind of care I hope everyone receives when having back surgery. From pre-op, thank you Dr Garnard, to the post-op staff, her care was 5 starts all the way. We can't thank you enough for taking such good care of her.

Dr. Nam is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She helped adjust my prescription and was very sympathetic about my frustrations with it and explained why it needed to be the way it was. The vision essentials people were very nice and helpful exchanging my lenses and ordering the new ones.
