Felix at the Kaiser Interstate campus optical store was a tremendous help. He was very patient while guiding me in choosing frames that were the correct size I needed for progressive lenses. He was also helpful when my glasses came in and the edges of the lenses were over polished and needed to be replaced with unpolished ones to reduce glare. The processes took several visits and his continued patience and excellent customer service was much appreciated.
Never have to wait with Dr. Hay. He is always pleasant, listens, and explains his answers to all information and questions. I highly recommend him! I am closer to the Clackamas location as I live in Damascus but drive to North Interstate as he treats me so much better than the Eye Dr.s I have seen in CLACKAMAS.
I felt like I had something in my eye that was irritating it. I called Kaiser Eye Care and was connected to an advice nurse. After listing my issues, she responded by setting me up with an Optometrist. Within an hour I was able to see him, and he quickly spotted a circle or transparent fiber in my eye and carefully removed it. A day later and my eye has healed and vision is restored . I am very grateful.
