“there we were in Portland when I discovered my glasses needed attending to! the lenses were loose and I was concerned they would pop out. I called, got a very pleasant person that said just pop down. so we did, and after meeting jet, the lovely shop dog, we waited our turn and she fixed my glasses and adjusted them perfectly! great service, friendly, professional, and a great selection of frames. sadly, we live far away otherwise this would be my go to spot. highly recommended!“

“The service here is phenomenal — I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses that I LOVE. Their staff is so warm and welcoming and unbelievably patient, answering every question I had and so willing to help and offer help/advice as needed, especially as I tried on plenty of different frames. Awesome team who communicated clearly and updated me when everything was ready! And the best part? All the proceeds go to their nonprofit!!!
