After visiting multiple optometrists, I was only able to get my issue sorted here. Incredible customer service! Rhonda was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. She truly saved my Portland trip.

Wow. What a place. I visited at least 6 other places trying to find the frame style I had in mind. I kept striking out. I found this place and there it was. The exact frame I envisioned. The ladies are super nice. The lenses they use are out of this world. I don’t know how to describe it, but there is a marked difference from the lenses my eye doctor place used on my last pair. Between the frames and the lenses I feel like my eyes are getting a warm hug. Cheesy, I know. lol. They found a customer for life.

Fell down went BOOM and smashed my glasses. They had them totally repaired in about 15 minutes and charged me next to nothing! What an awesome group, and though I live in Alaska, I’m going to make a point of getting my glasses here. Can’t say enough about them!
