I had a new electric panel installed in an older home. Patrick and Tom were great. They were on time, friendly, willing to explain what they were doing, and extremely patient when working out problems.

We called this company because my original company cancelled on me the day of services. I had taken the day off. I was disappointed. I called Falcons and asked if they would possibly be able to help me today. She apologized stating she did not believe they would be able to get out today but I scheduled with them because she was kind and understanding about my situation. What made it great was she called back about 2 hours later and said they could come the same day. They were professional and all the work was completed in two visits. I would recommend this company highly. On time, reliable, professional and reasonably priced. 5 stars from us!!
