FABULOUS SERVICE AND WE PERSONALLY RECOMMEND! All I can say is Jonathan is the best! Double that 'best' appellation for David! They are the TEAM. Needed a safety check because our bathroom, walk-in closet lights went dark never to return to service. We called Falcon -- and thank the desk staff for their quick same day response to our urgent issue. We suspected more would come to light (yes that's a pun). Great customer service and knowledgeable techs. FE helped change bulbs on a 20ft high light fixture in our foyer, fixed a couple of light switches in our home by adding dimmers to the light switches. Very happy with their work.
The guys did a great job installing a new outlet and mounting our bedroom TV. Prompt efficient and very nice to talk to. Will absolutely call on Falcon again when we need electrical work. Great experience.
