I called Cost Plus Heating and Air to come take a look at my noisy furnace. A real person answered the phone and listened to my concerns and communicated clearly. We set up a time for a technician to come take a look. The technician (Mark) arrived when he was scheduled. He inspected my furnace and fixed the issue I called about. He looked over the furnace for any additional issues or maintenance that may be needed. Mark was courteous and professional. He took care of the issue and left us with peace of mind. Steve is the best! Our AC quit working this summer and I pretty much gave up on it after another company told me I’d need to replace both the AC unit and furnace to get it working again because both are 20+ years old. Then I called Steve… who popped over to our place the same day, serviced the furnace and replaced something in the AC … and it was fixed! No frills, very fair with pricing, and knows his stuff inside and out. I’ll never call anyone else for our HVAC needs. Thanks Steve!!
