My heating stopped working on a cold winter day, so I called Cost Plus. They came the same day, and got my heat working quickly. They explained everything clearly and even showed me pictures of the issues. The price was very fair. I will definitely call them again if I have issues in the future.

I cannot recommend Steve and his crew highly enough. From start to finish, they went the extra mile. When Steve first came out to give me a bid, it was clear that he was not a salesman, he was the technical person who was actually going to do the work. After removing my old furnace, they saw that the previous installers had left a lot of dusty debris in the air return. Instead of just plunking the new furnace down on top of that, they took the time to vacuum it out. Instead of placing the AC unit directly on the pad, they put it on feet, so that any water or leaves that fall on the unit can drain out of the bottom.
