Great experience! Every person we encountered that worked there was just great. Dr. Kelly was very invested in my child’s well-being, listened openly to all of my concerns and took her time to explain everything thoroughly. They also accept OHP. Highly recommend them!
Of course on a Sunday evening my son hurt his toe. Thankfully it was before 8 pm. We got to Brave Care by 7:45 (15 minutes before closing). We got taken back immediately to a room. Within 45 minutes we were done, even with x-rays.Everyone was kind, and didn’t make us feel rushed even though we got there at almost closing time.Everything seemed super clean. It was nicely decorated.So thankful to have a place like this available and not have to go to the ER.
Prompt and thoughtful care for my busy but very sick 3-year-old. The doctor offered realistic solutions and was compassionate and kind. Couldn’t ask for better when we’re rushing to urgent care late in the evening.
