After getting an estimate from another company that seemed high ( and was very inflated) and their refusing to provide that estimate in writing, I started asking others for referrals. I am so thankful for the referral to Happy’s Plumbing. Scheduling was easy and I was able to receive an estimate on the phone. Rates are VERY reasonable and I received a detailed billing/receipt.
