Richard the Project Manager for 911 Restoration was professional and efficient. He arrived the morning after I called about my water leak in the basement that flooded my family room. He had a crew arrive the same day and they began moving furniture and damaged rugs immediately. I think 911 Restoration responded quickly and did everything they could to address my water problem. They also discovered an oil leak from an oil tank I had decommissioned seven years ago that leaked into the basement on the side opposite the initial leak from the furnace condenser unit. Water damage is super stressful. From the beginning JC was really great to work with and made us feel like we were in good hands. They quickly were able to get started and had us dried out and on our way to repair the damage within days. Thanks!!
