We initially had a handyman try to snake our clogged shower drain, and he ended up making the issue worse and even clogged up our 2nd bathroom. So we decided to call a real plumber, and Tyler came to the rescue and had both showers draining better than ever before! He gave us some great tips on how to avoid needing to call him again which I though was above and beyond. Highly recommended!!
Though calling a plumber for a clogged main line is nobody’s idea of a good time, Tyler genuinely made the process as nice as it could be. He was prompt, courteous, and communicative. He talked through options and best practices to help me arrive at a decision that worked best for me. I will be recommending him to others and calling him first when next I’m in need of his services.
Tyler was very professional from the initial phone call through the end of the service. His communication and what we should expect from him was clear from the start. He described his process for clearing out the sewer was exactly what we needed. The response time for our “emergency” was better than expected, same day service from the time he was informed of our situation. Tyler has the utmost respect for small businesses and what it takes for a small business owner to drive away from happy and satisfied customers.
