Made a phone appointment to have a repair done on a toilet. The booking process was very easy. Jason came the next day. He was very friendly and professional. He identified the issue and completed the repair. Very nice working with this local.company.
I needed a little help with a toilet. Upon a recommendation from a friend I called Tilt. An appointment was easily made for the next morning. Eric arrived. He was prompt, polite and very personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and laid out for me my options. He also gave me some points to consider. I decided to replace the toilet which he did in very short order. I had cleaned the bathroom the day before because I didn’t want the plumber thinking that I was a slob. When Eric left it looked like he was never there. Except for the new toilet. Very clean installation! Call me a happy camper.
