I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received from Scott and Jake! I am so glad I called Leon's Pumps first when we suddenly had no water. Scott answered his phone right away and got here as soon as he could after taking care of someone else who also had no water. Scott and Jake had already done a day's work before they got here, but they happily did another day's worth of work for us to get everything up and running, and even cleaned up other people's messes along the way! They took the time to make sure it was done right the first time, just like it says on their truck! Scott and Jake are good people and I highly recommend Leon's Pumps!
Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable and fixed the problem promptly. Scott was very kind about our elderly aunts pump situation. We will be needing this type of service in the near future and will definitely be using Leons Pumps again.
Was just about to start making dinner when our pump went out! Leon's was recommended by Treasure valley Plumbing, so I called the on-call number & Scott was headed over right away. I'd called at about 4:30 and regretted not asking about after-hours charges, thinking maybe I should have waited for regular business hours to save on additional charges. However, he didn't charge me extra for the same day/evening service!
