The person they sent me (I believe his name was John) was polite, quick and even taught me how the drain flipper thing works. He also gave me a discount! Him and the guy he was with were very professional and they showed up within the time they said they could show up! He also told me that they are very busy this time of year and have basically been since more people are home because of the pandemic.“
