The water heater at my parent's house gave up the ghost. Being three hours away, the best I could do was hire someone to replace it. I researched different plumbing companies before picking one. Supporting local is important to me and I had heard great things about this company. I called and got scheduled fairly quickly considering the time of year. They were able to replace the water heater and dispose of the old one. They are very responsive and offer great customer service.

After getting a huge water bill from the city, I was able to find the leak from a pipe between the street and the unit. I called Lincoln Plumbing and Norm helped me right away - giving me instructions on how to get the water shut off until he could get there. He came out the same day (it was late on Friday!) and we developed a plan to dig up the pipe and replace it. Dan came out Saturday and replaced the leaking pipe - it was not an easy fix due to the way the original pipe had been installed, not to mention it was cold and rainy. I'm very impressed with this company. This is the best plumbing experience I've had in Lincoln City. They communicate well, know what they're talking about, and have excellent customer service. They are reworking issues from another plumbing company in Lincoln City that claimed there were no issues.
