“Hired for inspection on first time home buyer purchase. They scoped my sewer line and sent me a video of it to use to negotiate with the seller. I was able to get the seller to replace my sewer line with that evidence. The journey man plumber went under the house and found a leak that had been covered with tape to hide. I was also able to negotiate that repair before I purchased.
I called and got scheduled within a couple days. They were super nice and excited for me to be buying a house. They let me watch the sewer scoping and were very transparent. I’d hire them again and recommend to a friend/family.”
