“We woke to find our hot water out and the water heater jammed into the corner of our laundry room flooding the floor. We called 101, and they told us they didn't have an opening in the schedule until the end of the week, but they'd talk to their crews and see what they could do. An hour later they called to say a truck was on the way. It quickly arrived with two guys, and they went right to work. Our 1942 house construction, poor installation of the furnace next to it, tight quarters, and position, made even getting the old one out a real challenge. I figured that, at best, they'd pull it out, and come back with a new one another day. But I went to talk to my wife for a few minutes, and returned to find it was already out and on the truck to be hauled away. Moreover, there was a new water heater sitting on the ground behind the truck! Again, it seemed like I looked away for a few minutes, and it was in! The entire time, from arriving on scene to bleeding the air from the new tank and getting it running, was around two hours I think! Amazing! And these guys were cleaning, mopping, and wiping things down as they worked, leaving us with no mess or clean up. I was really impressed. And to my non-expert eyes, the new installation is much better done than the last installation (done by the same idiots who did the furnace, as I recall). Might not have been the cheapest, I didn't have time for competitive bids, but it was fair I think, and well worth it to get our house back in order quickly. Definitely will call these folks again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks 101!“
