“Mike is a plumbing God! I was in a HORRIBLE situation, and there wasn’t much hope that my problem could be fixed; my car keys fell out of my pocket while the toilet was flushing, and away they went…. (You can’t make that up!) I got Catherine on the phone, and she said they’d try, but wanted to be sure I understood that they might not be retrieved… but Mike was on his way, and he felt “optimistic”! Long story short… he got them! I don’t know who was more excited… me, or the office staff at Evenflo (they were as vested as me by the end!).
