Christine and her super awesome crew refinished my kitchen cabinets and drawers. They are excellent cabinets, but the stain was missing in some places and foxing on some of the edges. They matched the stain to the color they were (which I love) beautifully. I’m so happy with the work they did and the time they did it in was perfect. Thank you so much you guys!!

Angela is the best thing they have going there, but the rest of the staff are exemplary. There can be some cranky "karens"coming through the doors, but that will never diminish the bright lustre of this salons quality!!!!!!

In 2018 I was 22 and suffering severely with postpartum depression. My hair was in shambles to put it simply, insanely matted from rushing in the shower and throwing it up while in the trenches with my first baby.
My hair has always been one of my favorite qualities about myself so letting it get to this point made me feel so ashamed and embarrassed. But the workers here were so understanding and made me feel so welcomed and cared for. I had three people working on my hair if I remember right but the only name I remember is Ryan, who was the main stylist. It took hours but they did it.

Just moved to the area and needed a new hair stylist but and scared because nobody ever does what I ask. They always do what they think is best and I learn disappointment and pay for what I didn't want. Sunny did exactly what I asked for. The picture won't show it because she actually was trying to save me money (what stylist does that) but she gave me a great cut. And next month I'm get a color and foils. Jenna is the definition of a true artist. Her skills/talent are unmatched. I’ve been to a dozen of nail salons and they can never seem to get it right — even when I show them reference photos. Jenna can replicate any design to a T. She also comes up with the most beautiful/creative designs on her own if you’re wanting dealers choice. I promise you, you will walk out her door happy every time. Plus, she’s just the coolest person.

The salon is immaculately clean, beautifully lit with tons of natural light, and has an atmosphere that is both relaxing and upbeat. The women working there are incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—true professionals who take pride in their craft and their customer service.
They even offered my boyfriend a drink and invited him to relax in a massage chair while he waited. That gesture alone told me this place goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at ease.
I initially went in for a specific acrylic nail style, but my technician kindly offered her expert advice based on my current nail length and suggested a sparkling overlay that would work better with the strength and growth of my nails. I appreciated her honesty and guidance—and she was absolutely right. I ended up with the most stunning, glittery acrylic set that not only looked gorgeous but stayed strong for over three weeks. I got nonstop compliments on them!
The jelly pedicure was one of the most mesmerizing and luxurious spa experiences I’ve ever had—hands down the best pedicure of my life. My feet were glowing and soft, and my toenails looked so cute I was proudly showing them off any chance I got.
They also offer microblading services and I am strongly considering utilizing their services. I have full faith that they will not disappoint! Their prices are incredibly affordable and if you consider the amazing work they do you will always leave feeling like you got the better deal (which left me feeling a little guilty so I cleared my conscious with a great tip!)

Tanya has done all of the work on my arms. She's great to work with as all of her policies are very clear, as is her work flow, and pricing. She'll also provide her expertise on how tattoos will age and change over time, which I think is an underrated gift.
They are not a 24 hour tattoo shop and they do not uphold the 1931 Singapore Covenant of midnight tattoo artistry. No true keepers of the skin observe banker's hours.

Bob has helped us out twice now and it's been a great experience both times. Last week we called and left a message about leaking water under our sink and he was out the next day to take a look. He took the time to talk to me about what he was seeing, give us options for replacing our faucet as well as his base rate for installation, and also shared some recommendations on who to reach out to for water damage assessment as we'll likely have to address some issues caused by the leak. It was really nice chatting with Bob and he got everything all fixed up in no time at all! We were/are so grateful.
Left this on Yelp, too, but just want to get the word out on a great plumber: Had a great experience with Steve Ackerman (the son)! Called with a leak issue (from the ceiling), and while they couldn't work me in for a couple of days initially, they called back shortly after the same day when they had a cancellation. Steve arrived when he said he would, was polite, personable, and thorough. He tried to minimize the damage he had to do to the drywall to find the cause of the leak, and he explained every step of the way. It required another trip out to the house to get everything resolved (to allow time for drying of wet wood), but he was efficient, thorough, and left my house even a bit cleaner than when he arrived. Nice guy, obviously very knowledgeable about what he does, and he gave great advice. I will DEFINITELY use him if I ever need a plumber again.
Just started working with Bob as one of my subcontractors. So far, really happy with quality of the work performed by his guy Correy and have had only good encounters with Bob so far coordinating the work and choosing products and he has taken time totanswer phone and respondel to texts reguarding questions about project consistently. The fact that I haven't had any headaches or frustration working with him as a subcontractor says a lot.

Kirk was by far the most thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and sane. The others were fast talking sales folks essentially stepping on the competition trying to make themselves look superior.The work started onetime, the guys introduced themselves and have to say, they were a breath of fresh air. They were polite all about the “please” and “thank you”. A basic courtesy lost these days. The work was completed the same day as promised, and again with thank you for the business.Within the next couple days, I actually got a hand written thank you note, who does this these days...I would highly recommend Bach, hands down. The floor looks great, and these guys are professional smart and very easy to work with.
We found Union Floor Company after they refinished floors for a close friend. Our original hardwood floors had been covered with awful stain (red undertones) and beaten up over the years and quite frankly, looked pretty awful. However, Union Floor Company completely revived our floors to their original 1920s glory. Union Floor Company is pretty much a two-man show, with one person doing all of the onsite work. It took about one week to complete the job, from sanding to staining to letting things dry out and it was totally worth the wait. some of the best money we've ever spent to have such an amazing transformation. We went with water-based stain/clear coat for that modern look (photo attached of before/after).

My mom had an ADU built in the back of her property this last year and it was the most fun summer I’ve had. Adam makes everything easy. We drew the layout she wanted, he gave his honest opinion about what would work better, and he made it happen in 7 months from breaking ground to Mom in her house. He let us bother him with any and all annoying questions, his boys are wonderful, any outside contractors they used were also awesome and respectful. If anything, he gives too many details about things he’s doing and working on for the week (and month) (and months). They made my Mom happy and they made a point to do it. He was very amicable to change things on the fly. Kept both of us updated on when people would be here (them, contractors, inspectors, etc). Finish work is excellent. He took my mom shopping since she gets overwhelmed with too many decisions, which was super cute. He is better than either of us at picking finishes. Everything was clean after everyday working. 10 out of 10 for the whole experience. Thanks Adam, Chris and Tim for making my Mom ecstatic about her new tiny house!

The crew was friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. If they ran into a problem, they didn’t waste any time, just got right on it and made sure things were done right.

I first starting coming into Dr. Mealey's clinic about 30 years ago after a very long vacation that involved multiple breakdowns with our car and left me with a very sore and tight back. Not only was he very successful in getting me back to normal in a very short amount of time. He has over the years helped restore the use of my shoulder and forearm when they flare up into very painful and almost unusable conditions. He even diagnosed the meniscus tear in my knee before I went into have an x-ray. Diagnosing what the root cause of your pain is and then having the knowledge and skill to treat it successfully along with being a very caring person who actually listens to you when your describing your symptoms is what sets Dr. David apart from any other Chiropractor I've ever been to.
I love Milwaukie Chiropractic Center, Dr J and Dr Brown are amazing! I woke up one morning unable to turn my head and had pain going down my arm all the way to my index finger and thumb. The staff worked me in for a same day appointment. Dr J and Dr Brown listened to how I felt and what was going on with me. Dr J gave me at home exercises that would help me move forward with my treatments. The whole feel of the office is warm and welcoming and I highly recommend them and will use them in the future as needed.
My dog is a young senior and had a new murmur with otherwise excellent health. The doctors and staff explained that she should have a full life undeterred by her heart as long as I change her diet to include grains and not include many legumes (beans, peas, and lentils) as it's suspected they may interfere with the absorption of taurine. Studies have not proven this connection yet, so we cannot be certain, but apparently many other dogs they have seen have had their health improve once switching diets. The office is clean and calm and the doctor was happy to thoroughly answer my questions. Thank you!

From our very first visit on November 5th, I was touched by the knowledge, patience, and genuine love that everyone at the clinic showed. Losing Furball has been the hardest experience of my life, but I know in my heart that he received the absolute best care every step of the way.
On February 26th, the most difficult day, Dr. Freeman and her team handled everything with such empathy and professionalism. They made sure Furball’s final moments were peaceful, painless, and filled with love. From the gentle blood check to the thorough explanations, Dr. Freeman helped me make the most informed and compassionate decision. The entire process was handled with so much care—giving us enough time to say our goodbyes, ensuring Furball was completely comfortable, and allowing me to be by his side until the very end.
What touched me the most was how Dr. Freeman was not only a vet but a true friend in that moment—she listened to my story with Furball, teared up with me, and comforted me until the clinic closed. Her entire team was there for every detail, making this incredibly painful time just a little easier to bear.
Beyond that day, I want to highlight the outstanding service and dedication I received throughout the four months I brought Furball here. Dr. Freeman was always so responsive, promptly answering my many emails and concerns with patience and expertise. They took great care of my boy Charles! It was interesting to learn that he has Haws Syndrome, which basically goes away on its own, meaning my Charlie will look crossed eyed for the next 6 weeks because of his third eye lids! I’m super relieved I was able to get an appointment to ensure that he was okay!
The price is very expensive for me, but Mario is by far the best in the business. He did my little, elderly dog in half the time and she was calm as could be when I picked her up. She was cut well too boot. Somehow I'll have to come up with the bucks to keep going back to him.
Cheryl and her staff have some magic touch which renders my 13yo pibble into putty when she gets pampered there. My dog usually shakes before getting groomed but with Cheryl she's totally fine. She even walks to the back by herself!
