My session with Eric was truly great. He very much meets you where you are with his patient, deeply grounded work.

There were so many times during our hour together when something felt so good and right, and he held it there, which had the effect of making those fleeting feel-good moments in a massage last longer. It also made space for these painful or dissociated areas to feel recognized.

I think it takes courage to embrace stillness; great intuition and effort to know when to hold on to a moment. Eric listened to my body, saw with his eyes where I needed the work, and helped me feel the calming flow within myself.

Receiving a session from Eric offers a deep journey and experience. Physically my tissues feel refreshed and met after our sessions, and my spirit is also uplifted. Eric offers a grounded and potent presence in his Bodywork. I appreciate how easy it is to receive from him, like I can feel that he is deeply listening to my body and system, and is able to listen to and follow the guidance of my body’s intelligence. His presence is a gift—humble, potent, and enlivening.
