I’ve been taking my three Greyhounds to Southgate for almost 15 years. Drs. Shaw, Jen, Ricker and the rest of the team have been amazing over that time. They have helped with major issues requiring multiple visits as well as preventative puppy checks with compassion and expertise. They have a great blend of solid medical management and evidence-based natural care. The providers regularly confer with each other on complex issues. The staff are wonderfully friendly, prompt, and communicative. I’m very thankful to have an independent vet clinic that treats their employees and animals so well.
Always the best vet care for my dogs. I have been going to them for over 40 years! Dr. Shaw and her team genuinely care about my dogs. I won't go anywhere else, and I drive 2 hours each way to see them, because my dogs and my peace of mind are worth it.
We always see Dr. Peltz for both dogs and our kitty and she’s the best! They never overcharge you or suggest unnecessary things. The staff is so friendly and my parents go here and love it too!! Worth the drive for sure.
