I work out at this gym 5 days a week. I love the friendly and helpful staff. plus it's affordable with all the benefits.

The staff is always helpful and really friendly! I love the red light therapy and chill atmosphere. It’s a little tricky when it’s busy but on a slow night you’ve got the freedom to use your usual machines and explore others. My only complaint is I can’t be there more often;)

It is a great gym. Friendly staff and a good variety of equipment to use. The best membership is the black card you get a variety of perks plus you can bring a friend. Just love this place.
