Calling every time. Richard was very professional. On time and thorough. Saved us a ton of money by just replacing what needed fixing. Even gave us several must see places in and around Lincoln city.
We woke to find our hot water out and the water heater jammed into the corner of our laundry room flooding the floor. We called 101, and they told us they didn't have an opening in the schedule until the end of the week, but they'd talk to their crews and see what they could do. An hour later they called to say a truck was on the way. It quickly arrived with two guys, and they went right to work. Our 1942 house construction, poor installation of the furnace next to it, tight quarters, and position, made even getting the old one out a real challenge. I figured that, at best, they'd pull it out, and come back with a new one another day. But I went to talk to my wife for a few minutes, and returned to find it was already out and on the truck to be hauled away. Moreover, there was a new water heater sitting on the ground behind the truck! Again, it seemed like I looked away for a few minutes, and it was in! The entire time, from arriving on scene to bleeding the air from the new tank and getting it running, was around two hours I think! Amazing! And these guys were cleaning, mopping, and wiping things down as they worked, leaving us with no mess or clean up. I was really impressed. And to my non-expert eyes, the new installation is much better done than the last installation (done by the same idiots who did the furnace, as I recall). Might not have been the cheapest, I didn't have time for competitive bids, but it was fair I think, and well worth it to get our house back in order quickly. Definitely will call these folks again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks 101!

We were traveling in our 2002 Chinook motorhome when we heard a noise like we had a flat. We pulled over into a parking lot and discovered that 6 of our 8 lugs on our back dually tire were broken off ! My husband somehow found the best person we could find to help us ! He came to where we were, checked out the situation, got the parts and replaced the studs and got our tires back on. 3 hours after he got there, we were back on the road, and I thought we were stuck there for the night. Ed is a lifesaver ! We are so grateful that he was able to do the repair and get us back on the road ! If you need help with your RV, he is definitely the guy to call. 10 stars !
Brandon is a trustworthy individual. Whenever bidding a job, he gives you the pros and cons of all your options. He tells you what he recommends and also warns you of any potential issues that you ought to keep in mind. He’s the only contractor I’ll use on my beach house.

It’s a female-owned shop, and Ashley and her husband, Miguel, make an awesome team. They were both super friendly, helped us tweak our designs, and the vibes were good the whole time.
All four tattoos turned out amazing—fine line, black and gray, and shading. They even let us bring our well-behaved kids, which we really appreciated.
If you’re in Lincoln City, we definitely recommend Black N Blue Tattoo. We’d absolutely go back!
If you're looking for a classic barbershop experience in Lincoln City, look no further than Olde Standard. I recently visited them for the first time while vacationing on the Oregon coast. Barber Anthony gave me the best straight-razor haircut I’ve ever had, hands down. With the warm shaving cream and hot towel, it was a truly decadent experience. And the atmosphere was equally impressive, with vintage barber chairs and a friendly, welcoming vibe. The whole experience felt like a treat, not just a haircut. And the price was half what I expected. They operate by appointment only, however when I called I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me in a couple of hours later. In short, I can't recommend Olde Standard highly enough. It's a great place, with top-notch service, a relaxing atmosphere, and skilled barbers. If you're looking for a haircut that's more than just a haircut, this is the place to go.
Joe is a hero! My car was coated in steel dust by the contractors working on my house, my white Audi was orange and no amount of washing was removing the damage.
Joe made time to help immediately and after hours of work on my car it’s as shiny and beautiful as the day I bought it!

AL is wonderful and does such a great job! Rates are extremely reasonable $19 for a basic and $25 for a more advanced cut. Cash only and first come first serve!
This woman is a local angel and absolute gem. She has a technique for removing gel nails without wrapping in acetone so you don’t get so much chemical damage to your fingers. She is also a super cool person in general and an artist - her heart is really in this. Thank you Marcie
I visit family twice a year in Lincoln City and make a point of getting a deluxe pedi at Global Salon. It’s always been a delightful experience. I am sorry to see that some have had very bad experiences there.
Samara was a breath of fresh air. She took her time and explained everything to me before and during my hair treatment. Before and after pictures were incredible. Not only did Michelle nail it on my hair i had an absolute blast being there. My hair is bipolar and crazy and she did an amazing cut and color for me. She got out my box diy terrible job. She didn't just give me good hair she brought back my identity. Will Definitely go again and again.

Building a new home was an overwhelming undertaking, but Chris guided us through it with both kindness and professionalism. We had a clear budget, but also wanted high quality construction. Halvorson Mason patiently answered many questions and worked with us when we needed to adjust plans based on COVID supply chain issues and inflated prices. Chris was easy to communicate with and took time to dialogue about different choices and pros and cons with every detail of the project. His team, especially the painting team, did excellent work and helped us get just the right colors throughout the house. We are extremely happy with the finished home. It is beautiful, snug, sturdy and designed to make the most of our land, views and interior space. High quality work throughout! We called to get an appointment scheduled on short notice for a house we are trying to sell. They were able to get us on the schedule for the day we would be in town. Greg came out and got our gas stove back up and running. Luckily it was a pilot light that went out. He cleaned the glass and made sure everything was okay with it. He also went above and beyond explaining things about the stove.
This place comes highly recommended. I tried calling several offices in town and this was the only office who answered. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
After a couple of hiccups getting the appointment and paperwork complete, we had our appointments. The staff was very professional and gentle. They did a great job and we will definitely return.

Just had my first visit with my rescue dog, Penny, who i've had about 11 days. She snaps at strangers and is starting to trust me but hasn't dealt with many strangers. Sam and Dr Merriam were super-patient, super-sweet and are the first strangers to pet Penny. Despite Penny snapping at Dr Merriam, the doctor was very patient, very calm and treated Penny with such love and caring. Very transparent, very informative and you can tell Sam and Dr Merriam both love their jobs and animals. I can't say enough good things about them and would highly recommend their services for your beloved pets.

Amazing! I would give this groomer 10 stars if I could. My yorkie spider was in today and I am so pleased. Unfortunately we have been battling with some food allergies that left spiders fur in a gross condition. (Won't go into yucky details lol) This shop worked with my dog and the state he was in. He came back look good considering how I dropped him off. In the past other groomers I went to with my other dog came back looking horrible with completely normal fur going in. Not only that they came back traumatized. I was honestly worried how today would go. The groomer is 100% trustworthy and does an excellent job. We can not wait to go back in 6 weeks! Thank you so much for fixing Spider and making him feel better. We love you!!

We brought our 2 long-haired Dachshunds in for a drop on nail trim and they took them right away and trimmed them up. The price was good at $15 each and they were very accommodating (mine are scared of larger dogs).
