We woke to find our hot water out and the water heater jammed into the corner of our laundry room flooding the floor. We called 101, and they told us they didn't have an opening in the schedule until the end of the week, but they'd talk to their crews and see what they could do. An hour later they called to say a truck was on the way. It quickly arrived with two guys, and they went right to work. We had a minor no water emergency a couple nights ago, of course after 600pm. Plumbing 101 called us back asap, (we missed the middle of the night call, due to sleeping. But they called us back!!!) They also called us before their posted opening time to see if they could get us taken care of!
We appreciated their ability to fit us in, and the Plumber that came out was so pleasant and professional and just took care of everything very quickly and methodically! I will totally use them again for our plumbing needs!! They're awesome!
In the past few weeks, I've talked to/had bids from a dozen companies for crawlspace flooding treatment and prevention. These guys were #1 in professionalism among them all. Their experience shows clearly, they had great ideas for options, explained things directly and respectfully.
