I called them to come do some electrical repair work, but they quickly and efficiently helped me diagnose the problem over the phone, and I was able to fix the problem myself. It made my day and saved me big bucks.

I’ve been working with Vaughn for over 5 years now on multiple different residential and commercial jobs. I can’t speak more highly about how this guy does business! He’s a great communicator, hard worker, and charges a reasonable fee. Trust me, I’ve worked with many different electricians and he and his team are in the category of “The Very Best.” Even though selfishly I don’t want him any busier than he already is I would HIGHLY recommend Vaughn and ZAP Electric for your next project. ?

Used these guys to hook up a new hot tub. The work included adding an extra breaker box in the house and installing outdoor conduit and an outside box. Communication was easy, all the work was done quickly and as expected and passed inspection the first time, and the price was fair. I would certainly hire them again.UPDATE: 4 years later the spa repair technician noticed a wiring issue, so I called Zap and they came out and fixed it free the next day. They stand by their work for sure.
