Vaughn, the owner of, Zap Electric, has helped me on three previous occasions. He immediately sent a coworker, Diego, to evaluate and fix an interior outlet problem. As it turned out one outlet box affected three other switches. Diego was very friendly and explained the issues with excellent knowledge so a dummy like me could understand. I truly appreciate Vaughn and Diego’s timely and very reasonable response to fix a frustrating electrical problem. I had a issue with both bathroom plugs not working. I checked all the GFCI circuits in the house and nothing. ZAP called and asked if i had a GFCI in the garage anywhere, i replied not that i know of. My girlfriend informed me that yes there was one behind a storage rack. When i checked it out there it was, so i reset that GFCI and it was connected to the bathrooms. So problem solved by a phone call from ZAP Electric. Excellent customer service and honest people. I will definitely use ZAP for all my electrical issues. I give them 5 Stars for ZAP letting me know to check that first before charging me to come out and press the GFCI button.
