As an HVAC engineering design and energy conservation firm, we have incredibly high standards for installation work. We recently hired Integrity for a complex, first-of-its-kind project in our 6,900 sq. ft. historic office building in downtown Corvallis: installing a ground-source heat pump system with two water-to-water 5-ton heat pumps and 16 headers.
Working inside a historic structure brought major architectural challenges. Because the indoor components function like a ductless mini-split, we were highly concerned that surface-mounted channeling would ruin the historic aesthetic and make it look like a sloppy retrofit. Dallan is incredible at working on our mini splits! He has serviced them as well as fixed a few problems we've had with them. He is always so quick in returning our calls and coming out to service our units. He is so kind, cleandly and professional. We reccomend him to everyone we know!

The young man, from a different, local company stated we needed to replace the unit. He couldn't clean the inside only the outside. And he said it was a 3 hr job.
David did it, as a pro for one hour and half the cost.
