Terrible road rage experience with someone on N. BURNSIDE in Portland. The guy sitting next to him looked embarrassed before their lunch date... stay calm, plenty of parking for everyone!

Pretty decent Chinese. I have been here five times and enjoyed the meals. I was disappointed they didn't have the little crispy chips you drop in your soup but not a major issue. Wait staff friendly.
