The gym experience has improved dramatically under the new leadership/management by Gavin. The front desk people are super friendly and I feel welcomed by them when I enter. The new Wellness Recovery room has new added features like small tables for our purses, water bottles, etc... The new rug is a nice addition plus the added greenery. I just wish CORPORATE could FIX the SNAP app which is unreasonably slow and could have a much better layout, yet that is NOT this location's fault. CORPORATE, does anyone over there listen to members?

I've been going to Snap Fitness for awhile now and the Happy Valley location is great! The facility is clean, the staff is kind and helpful, the music is at a good volume and they have great equipment! There is a great variety of machines to choose from and the staff is always willing to help you. Lyric at the front desk has great taste in music! And I am super grateful to Tim for showing me how to properly use different equipment! I'm happy to have found this gym :)
This gym is the cleanest I’ve ever been to. The staff and general population are great people.
