Very helpful, friendly employees. Great variety of products. Competitive pricing. The line at checkout seemed rather longer than expected, but the staff cordially agreed to hold selected items behind the counter until day's end for payment and pickup at a later convenience.

It's great that there is a beauty store that carries a bunch of different brands but they're out of just about half of everything they carry, so very difficult to purchase what your looking for.

Ultra puts my local Sephora to shame. They treat every single customers with smiles and respect. They are very helpful without being over bearing. They are knowledgeable they can offer you suggestions in any price range they dont immediately go to the most expensive option like their competitor. I love this store and will always go there and you should to.
