“I got my nose pierced by Bill (Manager) he was very kind the first time and I ended up having to go a second time because my nose was giving me complications with the piercing, so I called to come in and he stayed just to help me out even though he was off clock. At one point I started to feel dizzy because of the blood and he went to go get me water and a snack very quickly. He was very kind and wasn’t rushing me or anything and made sure I was okay after both appointments. I really appreciate him for helping me thank you Bill!“
