I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago, hoping to get my septum redone. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They had a beautiful selection of jewlery and very fair prices and assisted me with finding something within my budget. They told me that often septum piercings may stay open and that they would try to find my previous piercing before deciding to make a new one. My piercer Colter was communicative with each step and making sure I was comfortable. He was also able to find my previous piercing and set it with their jewlery I had picked out! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend this place for anything you could ever need! I got a nose piercing here almost ten years ago and it is the only piercing I’ve never had issues with! On top of that, I recently lost the jewelry I’ve worn in it every day since getting it (I loved the jewelry that much) and when I could find anything similar in my new city half the country away they were able to find the piece I’d bought so long ago so I could get a new one! The staff that checked me in and helped me pick out the earrings were very knowledgeable about what would look good and were generally kind, wonderful, warm and helpful. Dana was patient, answered all of my questions, gave me the full run down of what to expect, how to take care of said piercing, and turned a not so great day into a wonderful afternoon. 10/10
