Called first to ask availability for a walk-in, same-day appointment. I was 2 miles away. They said they had time immediately and to come in. I got there and was greeted by friendly and professional folks. I showed them the simple designs I had in mind, and Tanya started drawing them up, making sure everything was symmetrical, checking several times to ensure it was perfect, and was applying ink to skin in 90 minutes. Her work wasn't fast, but she was gentle, did a thorough job using a very quiet machine, and after 1½ hours, the tattoos were done. This a fantastic place to get tattoo work. The store is very clean, and the employees are incredibly helpful. My artist, Yenn, is extremely personable and skilled.
