Bill Fillingame has been so excellent every time I see him. He was able to do my teenage daughter and her best friend’s doubles for a phenomenal price. We wouldn’t have been able to get them done anywhere else. He was also really good with them because they’re teenagers and… a lot. He did my tragus at the same time during a walk in and was sweet, supportive and quick. A few weeks later, my piercing fell out and I went in and he quickly saved it for me! He provided a new bar and ball, because I left the one that fell out at home for no cost. He’s kind and gentle and I will definitely be going back.
Risa is working on my sleeve and doing a brilliant job. This place is always clean and seems well organized.
Update: years later and I still love everything about my experience.
