“We absolutely love Dr. Frank. I was so worried of my daughter seeing a male doctor because she has chronic UTI’s back to back for the past 3 years. We had just moved from a small Mormon farm town in Utah where everything was controlled by rich old white men… there’s not much girls and women’s care there 😅. But Dr. Frank instantly validated me as a parent to how much effort I’ve been putting to make her feel better and stop this. “I was nervous changing medical carriers after being with Kaiser for 25+ years. Providence did not disappoint. From setting up myChart in advance to booking my appointment, it was seamless. The reception team was friendly and helpful.
This was my first introduction appointment with my doctor. First, shout out to nurse Brittney who was friendly, thorough, and very informative. Also gave great needle for flu and influenza vacs. Brittney set up my follow up appointment right after.
Next was meeting my new doctor, Dr. Klopsch. I was pleased at how he actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I then went to the lab right there in the same dept! Signed in and was called in a matter of minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I recommend this facility.“
