I called in to make an appointment and Kayla from the call center helped out and had a great deal of patience with me since I didn’t have all my documents together. She was so sincere and genuine. Thank you Kayla for the help!
I have been looking for a provider who listens and treats me like an actual human and after 16 years, I finally found a place with more than one. I am so happy to have found Neighborhood Health Clinic. My life is so much better now that my health is being taken seriously.
Initially, I thought Claire was a good doctor. She appeared kind, caring and genuine. Over time, I’ve realized this is not the case. These qualitative began deteriorating the longer j had har as my PCP. She would ignore concerns I had. Schedule appointments very far out. She has made me jump through so many hoops to try to get the care I needed and even the medication to treat my ADHD and other conditions. I never understood why people go into the medical field if they are unwilling to take care of their patients.
