“I went in for my first iron infusion and the staff were so amazing! Deanette was my nurse and she was so kind. I forgot what it was like to be treated with such care!

After the infusion, I had an uncommon reaction. I walked back into the clinic very anxious and embarrassed. The entire team jumped into action. In less than 5 minutes, Deana had placed an amazing IVC. They all helped calm me down and got control of the reaction. They kept me well informed of what they were doing and what was going on. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for treatments. They made me feel like I was real and important.

I wish I could just go in to make them coffee and bring them snacks!“

Next was meeting my new doctor, Dr. Klopsch. I was pleased at how he actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I then went to the lab right there in the same dept! Signed in and was called in a matter of minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I recommend this facility.“
