“I went in for my first iron infusion and the staff were so amazing! Deanette was my nurse and she was so kind. I forgot what it was like to be treated with such care!

After the infusion, I had an uncommon reaction. I walked back into the clinic very anxious and embarrassed. The entire team jumped into action. In less than 5 minutes, Deana had placed an amazing IVC. They all helped calm me down and got control of the reaction. They kept me well informed of what they were doing and what was going on. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for treatments. They made me feel like I was real and important.

I wish I could just go in to make them coffee and bring them snacks!“

This was my first introduction appointment with my doctor. First, shout out to nurse Brittney who was friendly, thorough, and very informative. Also gave great needle for flu and influenza vacs. Brittney set up my follow up appointment right after.
Next was meeting my new doctor, Dr. Klopsch. I was pleased at how he actually listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I then went to the lab right there in the same dept! Signed in and was called in a matter of minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and professional. I recommend this facility.“

“Our kiddo has been a patient of Westside since age 2. This past Saturday we had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Weisskirk. It was a joy to work with her and her team on call that day. We left feeling cared for, seen and heard.

Nursing staff, social services , physical therapy , emergency room staff , security , housekeeping staff and if you end up here make sure to get double serving of their pancakes / eggs / sausage breakfast.
