I had ossicular chain reconstruction for middle ear yesterday. I have jad multiple surgeries elsewhere in past. This surgery center is by far the best. So so pleased with how i was treated and how well they took care of me. Highly reccomend!
What an amazing staff experience! I generally expect stressed efficiency and often get less. This far exceeded any of that. There must be really positive management here, as each person was having a good day. Thank you!
If I could give it more stars I would! I am really happy when a provider's staff is efficient and helpful. This staff was so far above that that I was amazed and inspired. From the woman who checked me in, to lovely Kim, who prepared me before and after the procedure. Sarah and Dr. Balog and the efficient x-ray tech. Superlatives don't often come to mind when describing a medical procedure. But I felt truly cared for. Each person approached their role with ease and openness and connectedness. It was really amazing. Thank you!
